Nude? Not Nude?

Here in New Orleans, it is illegal for a woman to go in publicwith nothing over her nipples. A woman wearting a sheer top with her breasts clealy visible, is considered not nude. When the lovely activity of body painting became popular, I envisioned women, at least on Bourbon Street to heve her upper torso painted. The attached pictute is very sexy, to me

The picture links aren't working.

I always thought it was cool that body painting was often legally considered clothing, since you can see everything.  My personal coup was finding pictures of Nena (as in 99 Red Balloons) in body paint.

You're in New Orleans?  Are things back to normal for you?  I've heard that Hispanic and Asian influences are increasing dramatically, as is the murder rate.  Are the French/Creole cultures being pushed out?  Do you think it will ever be the same?  What do you think of Nagin?  Hope you don't mind all the questions, but I think this is the biggest natural disaster to hit the U. S. since Galveston (and I grew up in Missouri, where tornados pick off trailer parks and subdivisions like Pac Man and cherries).
