It's "Bon anniversaire".
Anniversaire is male, not female, lol.
But actually, the pronunciation is the same that it would be for "bonne anniversaire", because of the liaison between the sound of the final consonant and the initial vowel.
That's probably why you did the mistake.

I've been asked that so many times, I think I'll set up a FAQ thread and sticky it...

I don't know who they are, and I don't remember now where I got the image. I think it was on the World of Girls Kissing section on ELMS, but I've never been able to find it again if it was. I saved it originally because the girl on the right looks remarkably like a girl I know. I'm sure you get the idea...
