Sometimes we upload some little clips, most of the times, we use rapidshare on that purpose. Unfortunately, it seems that some people have trouble with this site and also, we can dl a limited amount only every hour.
So here is some few sites sites, as an alternative.

megaupload
Max size per file : 250 mo
What kind of files : any
Deleted after : 30 days of inactivity
Registering required : no
dl/up rate : rather slow, unfortunately.
other : the button to dl the file is hidden by a little advertising pop-up. Just close the pop-up to see the button.

sendover
Max size per file : up to 2 go (in fact, not very good with big files)
What kind of files : any
Deleted after : 7 days of inactivity
Registering required : no
dl/up rate : well, so, so
Others : files can be password protected, if needed

megashares
Max size per file : 1.5 go
What kind of files : any
Deleted after : 25 days of inactivity
Registering required : no
dl/up rate : rather good, when it works.
Others : files can be password protected, too.

zupload
Max size per file : 500 mo
What kind of files : any
Deleted after : 30 days of inactivity
Registering required : no
dl/up rate : upload not bad, dl very slow.

storeandserve
Max size per file : 100 mo
What kind of files : any
Deleted after : 30 days of inactivity
Registering required : no
dl/up rate : rather good.

upload2
Max size per file : 25 mo
What kind of files : any
Deleted after : 1 year (deleted link given after upload)
Registering required : nope.
dl/up rate : very slow sometimes.
