Hello from the US!

Hi! I'm Bobbie. I was out looking for some interesting videos for my wife and I , and I stumbled on this site. I should say first of all that I'm no stranger to Internet Forums, and in fact I'm a Computer Consultant by trade. This is a very well run site!

Anyway, I must say that I'm quite impressed with the quality of the videos you have here! I don't just mean the quality of the picture, (which looks quite good) but the quality of the content. I once saw a short clip of Pink Velvet, (which is in fact what led me here) and it is far and away one of the best lesbian-based films I or my wife have ever seen. I'm quite dissapointed that it is out of stock.

Anyway, I've rambled on for long enough. Here's a shout and two thumbs up for good quality lesbian films aimed at women, not men!

And here's to hoping that Pink Velvet sees a re-print.

Hum, it's out of stock at Lezlove, indeed, but have you checked at http://eshop.vivthomas.com/ ?
But if I were you, I'd wait a little
The trilogy box set should be released soon with a lot of extra good features on it.

Indeed I have. Unfortunately, they only appear to sell PAL videos there. Now my PC could play PAL and I could convert the video to NTSC and use my DVD burner to make a disk I can play on our TV, but €43+shipping overseas for a video I have to covert and then burn myself is a bit much.

I'll wait until the trio set comes out. I'm sure it'll be worth the wait!

Aren't your tv/sap PAL compliant ?

In Europe, almost every standalone player are PAL/NTSC. And so are the newer tvs.
I've played some NTSC video on very old tv (I'm in PAL land) and it do it fine, except for a little jerkiness.

SAP? depends. Some are, some aren't, depends on the features. PAL? Very few TVs in the US can play PAL signals, and almost all of them are made in the last few years. Our TV is a 1977 RCA XL-100 Console Unit.  It's still in great shape and it actually looks like a piece of furniture that fits the decor, not like a piece of equipment from the Space Shuttle. (our house is an all wood motif... a modern TV would look just awfull in our living room!)

Sure, we have a Surround sound stereo for the TV instead of using the mono speaker on the TV, but with wooden speakers around the room. What good is a TV if it clashes with the rest of the room?

I also was very impressed with Pink Velvet #1...I became an instant fan of Jo...The kissing scene in the Railroad car was the best opening shot of a lesbian film I have ever seen...I was a little disappointed that at a later time in the film they didn't return to the car for a complete girl/girl scene...but my daddy told me when  I was a young lad that you will not get everything that you desire in this life...I was also very pleased with the slow build up of the seduction of Jo in the bath...and later in the bedroom...not just a wham bam no foreplay scene...I like the slow undressing scenes...or even sex with some clothes on...
